Rachel Returned to Running after Troublesome Sciatic Pain

Rachel started training with The BodyMapper two years ago after sciatic pain and low back soreness became unbearable. Sitting down for work meetings was disrupted by a continuous feeling of soreness and even standing up didn’t help. Following scans and physiotherapy, there was no improvement. Fast forward two years and Rachel has reduced her pain significantly and now has the tools to manage it when it does appear. Not content with that, Rachel became so fit that she returned to running, cycling and even boxing!
